GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

France Billet T&Cs – updates on February 26, 2026

The customer is requested to read these general terms and conditions of sale before placing an order. They will be asked to expressly accept them with each order, otherwise the transaction cannot be completed.

If the customer is under 18 years old, they must clearly have the permission of one of their parents or legal guardian to place an order and/or make payment for it.

The current ticketing service is provided and operated by France Billet (hereinafter referred to as "France Billet") whose registered office is at FLAVIA, 9 rue des Bateaux Lavoirs – 94200 IVRY-SUR-SEINE, registered in the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number B 414 948 695.

Client: refers to the natural person placing one or more orders for Tickets on the Website.

ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE AND IDENTIFICATION

1. The Site is an electronic site accessible via the internet network, open to all users of this network.

2. The Site is published by France Billet.

France Billet acts on behalf of Event Organisers. Consequently, the T&Cs only concern ticket sales services and not the Event itself. Certain activities offered, particularly sporting activities, may also include specific conditions or internal regulations specific to the Organiser or the site in question, available from the said site and/or the said Organiser.

3. The T&Cs are concluded between France Billet and the Client, a natural person of legal age and capable of contracting, or a minor under the responsibility of their legal representative. Local authorities and resellers are not permitted to purchase tickets under the conditions set forth herein.

4. The Site offers the Client access to a remote ticket sales platform.

5. France Billet reserves the right to modify the T&Cs without prior notice. Any new version of these will be notified to the Client on the Website, and it will be their responsibility to review them.

The online version on the Site shall prevail over any other version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, except for modifications made after an order, which, in accordance with common law, shall not apply retrospectively.

ARTICLE 2 – INFORMATION & COMPLAINTS

For any information requests or complaints, the Client may submit a request form via the FAQ on the Site, accessible directly through this link: FAQ .

ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE

The T&Cs are intended to govern the contractual relationship between France Billet and the Client for any transaction carried out by the Client for the purchase of a Ticket offered on the Website.

For each order, the Client must first accept the T&Cs.

It is specified that the T&Cs exclusively govern the sale of Event Tickets on the Website and take precedence over all other purchase conditions, unless formally and in writing exempted by us, which may be established for specific Events.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS

1. CREATION OF A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In order to finalise their order, the Customer must first create a 'customer account' (hereinafter referred to as 'the Customer Account') on the Website by completing the form provided for this purpose under 'Login/Sign Up'. To enable the creation of the Customer Account, all the requested information marked with an asterisk must be completed by the Customer.

The Client acknowledges that providing any incorrect, incomplete or false information may incur their liability both towards France Billet and third parties. In the event of providing incorrect, incomplete or false information (or failing to update such information), France Billet may decide to suspend or terminate the Client Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice.

The Customer Account allows the Customer to identify themselves on the Website and place any order using a username and password. Consequently, the Customer is solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of their Customer Account, their username, and password required to log in and thus access the Customer Account and its services. The Customer must take appropriate measures to prevent third parties from gaining knowledge of their username and password.

Any order for which the Client has been identified using their password and a valid identifier will be processed by France Billet and will bind the Client concerned unless they can demonstrate that the erroneous identification results from a failure of the Site.

The Site allows the Client with a Client Account to search for, order, and pay for Tickets. It also enables the Client to access all information related to their past orders.

In case of non-compliance with the Site's terms of use or abusive or fraudulent use of the Site, France Billet may refuse a user access to the Site and the ability to place an order.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

The placement of an order by the Client on the Site proceeds as follows:

  • - The Client accesses the categories of Events they desire and offered by the Site;
  • - The Customer selects and adds the chosen Ticket(s) to the basket;
  • - The Client validates their basket;
  • - The Client creates or logs into their Client Account;
  • - The Customer completes the necessary information to validate their order;
  • - The Client acknowledges the T&Cs of the Site;
  • - The Client makes the payment for their order after verifying their selection and after ticking the box « I accept the general terms and conditions » and « I accept the data protection charter terms ».
  • - The Client confirms their order and payment.

The confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of the T&Cs, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of reliance on other conditions.

The set of data provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

Upon receipt of the bank account debit authorisation issued by the Client's bank, France Billet will send confirmation of the registered order via email to the address provided by the Client when creating their Client Account.

The order will only be definitively confirmed upon receipt of this email summarising all the information provided by the Client, including, where applicable, any issues or reservations raised regarding the order, as well as the reference number assigned to the order by France Billet.

The Company reserves the right not to proceed with the order and to cancel the Client's order in the event of a legitimate reason related to the trust it has in the Client, including: a) In the case of orders exceeding, by their content or frequency, the needs of an individual and more generally in the case of an abnormal request or proven bad faith of the Client; b) In the case of information from the banking institution responsible for managing the payment of the order on behalf of France Billet indicating the impossibility of implementing the chosen payment method for the order; c) In the case of a dispute with the Client; d) In the case of total or partial nonpayment of an order by the Client.

To ensure the perfect execution of the sale, France Billet reserves the right to request additional information from the Client and to refuse the execution of the order in the absence of an adequate response.

ARTICLE 5 - SEATING PLANS AND LOCATION OF SEATS

Depending on the room layout and the Event, the following seats may be offered to you:

  • - Numbered seats
  • - Seats belonging to multiple categories, each corresponding to different areas of the venue, which may or may not be numbered
  • - Available seats throughout the room

During the process of placing your order, your seats may be shown on a seating plan if one is available. The location on this plan is provided in the most representative way possible. However, depending on the actual size of the venue depicted on the plan, the location may indicate either the exact seat or a zone within the venue where your seats are located.

The Event Organizer is responsible for providing France Billet with details regarding visibility based on seating arrangements in the venue. France Billet is responsible for informing Clients based on the information it has. Under no circumstances can France Billet be held liable for reduced visibility or lack of information provided to the Client if the Organizer has not informed France Billet.

ARTICLE 6 - AVAILABILITY

Reservations and ticket purchases are made in real time.

In this context, our server informs you in real time about the availability of Tickets at the time of placing your order.

In case of unavailability in one of the requested types of seats, you will be required to choose another category of seats.

In the basket, the 'Your reservation' page allows you to check that the seats allocated to you match your preferences.

If these seats do not suit you, you have the option to cancel them on the 'My Basket' page by clicking the corresponding 'Cancel' button.

ARTICLE 7 - PRICE AND NUMBER OF SEATS

1. PRICE

The ticket prices (face value) are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding the handling fees mentioned below.

The price of Tickets cannot be changed without the Organiser's consent. At the Organiser's discretion, prices are subject to change at any time and without notice, and Tickets will be charged to the Customer based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

All orders are payable in euros regardless of the country of origin of the order.

Transaction fees are added to any Ticket order, regardless of the number of Tickets purchased. These fees help cover the technical and maintenance costs of the Site, banking fees, and customer service.

Transaction fees vary depending on the total amount of the basket.

2. NUMBER OF SEATS

The total number of seats in cumulative reservations by the Client cannot exceed the number of seats defined by the Organiser across all categories and, failing that, by France Billet. The same Client cannot place multiple orders spaced over time to circumvent this rule. In the event of non-compliance with the rules stated above, France Billet reserves the right not to proceed with or to cancel the Client's order. Different types of rates may be offered to you depending on the Events. Regarding the "group" rate, when offered, a minimum number of seats determined by the Organiser is mandatory (usually between 15 and 20, except in special cases). For certain Events, at the request of the Organisers, you will receive vouchers instead of tickets: in this case, the tickets must be collected, in exchange for the vouchers, at the entrance of the venue, 30 minutes before the start of the Event. Unless otherwise stated, the total number of seats reserved per person cannot exceed 20 for the same show. It is prohibited for multiple buyers to make several reservations with the same bank card, either simultaneously or through purchases spaced out over time, using automated or non-automated booking methods. It is also prohibited for a single buyer to make multiple bookings with different bank cards. In case of non-compliance with these rules, France Billet reserves the right to cancel the order(s).

ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT

1. We remind you that confirming your order entails an obligation on your part to pay the indicated price.

Payment for the order can be made using the payment methods accepted on the Site.

The payment can be made:

- by credit card through secure payment: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard.

2. Payment by credit card allows you to book your tickets online and immediately in a firm manner.

3. Only one payment method is allowed per order.

4. The Tickets remain the property of the Organiser until the full and final payment of the price by France Billet.

ARTICLE 9 - SECURING PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

1. SECURING PAYMENTS

Our site is subject to a security system.

We have adopted the 128-bit SSL encryption process, but we have also strengthened all scrambling and encryption processes to protect as effectively as possible all sensitive data related to payment methods.

As part of the anti-fraud measures, we have implemented 3D Secure payment, an authentication payment system. This service is free and may be triggered for your payments with Carte Bleue, Visa, and MasterCard. With 3D Secure (or Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode), your bank verifies your identity at the time of payment. The identification process is specific to each bank, so please check with your bank the authentication method used.

2. PERSONAL DATA

France Billet processes personal data concerning you, which is necessary for managing your order and our commercial relations. This information and data are also retained for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as to enable us to improve and personalise the services we offer you and the information we send you.

To learn more, we invite you to consult our Personal Data policy.

In accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability where applicable) by contacting customer service via the form accessible from the FAQ or by contacting us by mail: France Billet - Customer Service, 27-35 rue Victor Hugo 94200 Ivry sur Seine.

In order to allow us to respond quickly, we kindly ask you to provide your name, surname, email, address, and if possible, your customer reference. When it is impossible for us to confirm your identity by other means, we may ask you to provide a copy of an identity document bearing your signature. A response will then be sent to you within one (1) month following the receipt of the request.

ARTICLE 10 – CONTRIBUTION TO COSTS

Each order is subject to a Client contribution to technical costs. The amount of contributions to these costs is included in the basket details, in the order summary separately from the order price and on the invoice. They are therefore specified before the validation and payment of the order by the Client. The Client acknowledges being fully informed of the fees that are added to the Ticket Prices ordered.

ARTICLE 11 – VALIDATION & CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

1. When the Customer clicks on the "Validate" button at the end of the ordering process, on the "Payment" page, and declares acceptance by ticking the box "I accept the general terms and conditions of sale", they declare acceptance of all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.

2. The Ticket order is definitively confirmed and only binds France Billet upon receipt, by the Client, of the email confirming that the Ticket order has been successfully validated.

Consequently, we invite you to check your email as well as the spam folder.

The payment receipt and the tickets are sent to the email address of the Customer Account.

ARTICLE 12 - OBTAINING TICKETS

12.1. The Client has the option to choose, when the options are offered based on the events, between three (3) ticket acquisition methods, namely:

  • • Obtaining an electronic ticket (E-Ticket);
  • • In-store collection of a thermal ticket;
  • • The registered sending of a Thermal Ticket.

12.2. In-store pickup

It is understood that in-store collection only applies to the points of sale within the France Billet network as listed on the Site. The Customer is free to visit the store of their choice.

To ensure maximum security of the Client's payment, in-store collection must be carried out by the holder of the bank card used for the payment.

The bank card used for payment, the order number provided in the order confirmation email, as well as an identity document will be requested from the Client.

Without the presentation of the documents listed above, the Tickets cannot be handed over to the Client.

It is specified that an E-Card Blue does not allow in-store withdrawal of Tickets.

The Client's bank card is charged upon the final validation of the order placed by the Client. The charge is independent of the actual collection of the Tickets. In any case, the Tickets are paid for even if the Client fails to collect their Tickets in-store.

12.3. Registered mail

When the event and the time between the booking date and the event date allow, the Client has the option to choose registered delivery as the method of obtaining the Tickets in exchange for payment of the delivery and handling fees, the amount of which is displayed during the order process.

Tickets are sent to the Client at the address provided by the Client when placing the order.

12.4. E-Ticket

E-Tickets are equipped with a unique barcode. The validity of the Tickets is checked and recorded at the entrance using barcode scanners. It is impossible to be admitted multiple times with the same Ticket. Reproducing tickets is prohibited and will not provide any benefit. Only the first person to present the Ticket will be admitted to attend the Event.

Keep your Ticket in a safe place. Consequently, France Billet declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of your smartphone. No duplicate or certificate, reissue of the Ticket of any kind, other than the initial electronic ticket, will be provided to the Customer.

The E-Ticket must be printed by the Client on a white A4 sheet in portrait mode.

The Organiser may refuse the Client access when multiple prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of an E-Ticket are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a print, reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding E-Ticket. The Organiser is not specifically obliged to verify the identity of the person presenting the E-Ticket to ensure they are indeed the ticket purchaser, nor to verify the authenticity of the E-Ticket if the imitation or copy cannot be unmistakably identified as such during entry control at the event. If the holder of an E-Ticket is denied access for this reason during an access check, there is no entitlement to a refund of the price paid.

The Client can access their E-Tickets at any time until the date of the Event on the Sites under the section 'My Account' then 'My Orders'. The Client must take all necessary precautions to keep their password confidential and to prevent any use by unauthorised persons.

France Billet disclaims all responsibility in case of loss or theft of the Client's smartphone. No duplicate or certificate, reissue of the ticket of any kind, other than the initial electronic ticket, will be provided to the Client.

ARTICLE 13 - CANCELLATION, REFUND, USE

1. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is expressly reminded that, pursuant to Article L221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the Client cannot exercise their right of withdrawal regarding leisure activity services that must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Orders consisting of Tickets will therefore not be subject to any refund, as the said service provisions related to the Tickets are in any case designated as such to the Clients, prior to the conclusion of the sale, in the description of the offer made.

2. CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT

The Events take place under the sole responsibility of the Organizer. France Billet cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable.

Upon the announcement of the cancellation or a change of date, time, or location of an Event for which the Client has ordered Tickets, the Client agrees that France Billet, as far as possible, when it has itself been informed by the Organizer, may use the contact details entered by the Client during their order to keep them informed of the next steps.

In the case of musicals, theatrical performances, etc., where artists and/or actors often perform 6 to 8 times a week over several months, changes in performers may occur as is customary in live entertainment to preserve the abilities of the artists and/or actors. Changes in the cast do not entitle the Client to any form of compensation, and no complaints will be considered.

In the same way, the Client's reduced visibility during the Event shall under no circumstances give rise to any compensation from France Billet.

In the case of a sporting event, if it does not take place or is permanently stopped during the first half or at halftime, the Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled or replayed event, but they can be refunded at the request of the Customers under the conditions set by the Organizer.

We invite the Client, in any case, to check 24 hours before the Event that it is indeed maintained without modification.

A Ticket cannot be refunded even in case of loss or theft, nor taken back, nor exchanged by France Billet except in the event of cancellation or postponement of an Event in accordance with the provisions 3. below.

3. REFUND

In the event of the Event being cancelled by the Organiser, only the Ticket price will be refunded, excluding additional costs such as the fees defined in Article 10.

This refund will only be made in favour of the Client who placed the order and made the payment. In all cases, no fees of any kind will be refunded or compensated.

The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days after the date of the cancelled Event. Beyond this period, it is inadmissible and no refund can be issued.

The refund request must include the Client's order references and proof of the order.The refund request must be sent, via the FAQ, to customer service.

In the event of an interruption of a performance beyond half of its duration, the Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event of cancellation, the Organisers' liability will be exercised in accordance with the legal conditions specific to them, independently of the T&Cs.

4 . USE

A Ticket may not be resold at a price higher than the Ticket's face value.

During the check at the entrance to the Event venue, a valid photo ID may be requested and it must match the name on the Ticket if it is nominative.

Under intellectual property law and image rights, the Tickets do not grant Clients any right to capture or record the Event in any form or by any technical means whatsoever.

It is specifically forbidden to photograph the Event, to make videos and sound recordings.

Any offender may, as a result, be denied access to the Event or be expelled from the venue during its execution, even during the performance, without the possibility of a refund. France Billet and/or the Organiser will also reserve the right to pursue any legal actions they deem necessary.

ARTICLE 16 – LIABILITY

Any grievance or criticism expressed by the Client regarding the Event or the services offered will be communicated to the Organiser as part of future improvements to the overall service but cannot result in any refund or compensation.

The tickets offered comply with current French legislation. France Billet disclaims all responsibility in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the tickets will be shipped.

France Billet cannot be held responsible for damages, of any kind whatsoever, that may directly or indirectly affect the personal belongings, items or materials brought by the Client to the Event.

France Billet is not responsible for any failure to fulfil its obligations, as defined herein, due to the occurrence of events constituting force majeure, as typically recognised by law and case law.

Furthermore, expressly considered as cases of force majeure are total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, lock-outs, severe weather conditions, epidemics, acts of terrorism, blockage of transport or supply means for any reason whatsoever, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, total or partial blockage of energy sources, particularly petroleum, or telecommunication means whose cause is beyond the control of the parties, and more generally, any event independent of France Billet affecting its activity, that of the venue where the Event is to take place, that of one of its suppliers or subcontractors, which could render it absolutely or partially unable to fulfil its commitments.

The responsibility of France Billet cannot under any circumstances be engaged for any potential indirect or intangible damage.

It is strongly advised not to travel during the Event, and in case of an accident, France Billet's liability in this regard cannot be held.

The Client remains solely responsible for any direct or indirect damage they may cause during their presence at the location where the Event takes place and must personally answer for it on a criminal or civil level.

ARTICLE 17 – CONTROL AND SECURITY

The Client expressly agrees to comply with all control or verification measures intended to ensure the safety of people and property within the Event venue. A search may be conducted at the entry checkpoint, to which the Client must cooperate.

The Client must, at all times, be able to present their ticket to the representative of the venue where the Event is taking place, and this until the end of its execution.

Except in exceptional cases (where an exit voucher will be issued, at the Client's request and with the Client's agreement, valid only with the ticket initially purchased by the Client), any exit is considered final and terminates the contractual relationship.
